Dave has over thirty years of experience in leading and improving organizations. For fifteen years, he led teams in land development and construction management as a Chief Operating Officer. During the past twenty years, Dave has helped to build and strengthen churches and leadership development programs.
Along with a business degree from Cedarville University, he’s also a GiANT Certified Guide, SHRM Senior Certified Professional, Myers-Briggs certified and certified in EQi Coaching.
Bethany Kush
Bethany has spent over fifteen years organizing, building, enhancing and advancing ministries in the local church. She is passionate about helping teams, couples, and individuals alike to discover their unique gifts and abilities so they can walk confidently into experiencing their full, God-given potential.
Along with degrees from Word of Life Bible Institute and Cedarville University, she also holds certifications in EQi and SYMBIS Assessment tools, Mental Health Coaching and the Replenish One-Life Process.
